Mickey Shunick has been missing since 2 am this morning. She left the downtown area and was heading towards ambassador and congress on a black schwinn fixed gear with gold handlebars. She never made it home. If anyone sees or hears anyone please let me know.
& to go along with that sad feeling I received two texts from close friends that another close friends little sister was missing. A girl that i just hung out with last weekend. My stomach has been turning since Saturday evening.
It’s always sad to see one of my close friends/Sean’s best friend leave for Japan but this visit was especially bittersweet.. We found out they are expecting their first baby ( she had a miscarriage a year to the day that I did) & by the time they come back to the states for their next visit (Mardi gras) they will have a two month old. It is such a crazy thought, but I’m so extremely happy for them.
So that makes three (close) friends that are pregnant. Five (close) friends getting married - three weddings a part of. & two friends building their first homes.
… On top of all of that, my little cousin/sister graduating high school & me buying my first new car (all on my own!!) - I FEEL OLD.
